yeah.
After I typed that, I like slammed down my coffee mug and got in my bathing suit and stomped out of the house. I rode my bike down to the beach and sat as far away from everyone else as I could and even though the water was grimy and freezing, I went in up to my neck.

It felt good to have my only worry be the waves and the icy water.
